AislePrice

Terms of Service

Effective November 3, 2026

The short version

  • Prices come mostly from other shoppers and can be wrong or out of date. The price at the store is the one that counts.
  • Report only prices you really saw. Fake prices, gaming the points and scraping aren't allowed.
  • You allow us to keep and show what you contribute, including after you delete your account, without your name.
  • We can hold or remove prices, reset names, and suspend or ban profiles that break these rules.
  • AislePrice is provided as it is, and our responsibility if something goes wrong is limited.

These terms are an agreement between you and Wright Consulting, LLC ("AislePrice", "we" or "us"). They cover the AislePrice Android and iOS apps and the website at aisleprice.com. By using AislePrice, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Questions go to support@aisleprice.com.

Who can use AislePrice

You must be at least 13 to use AislePrice. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. You can't use AislePrice if we've banned you, or if the law where you live doesn't allow you to.

Your profile and account

You don't need an account to look up prices. AislePrice gives you an anonymous profile, tied to the app on your phone. If you lose that sign-in before saving your account with an email, you lose access to the profile.

If you save your account, keep your email address secure, because the one-time codes we send there are how you sign in. You're responsible for what's done with your profile. Tell us at support@aisleprice.com if you think someone else has used it.

Use one profile, for yourself. Tiers, points and limits have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may change as we work out what keeps prices honest.

Rules for using AislePrice

You agree that you won't:

Please stay safe and respectful in stores: follow a store's rules, and don't use the app while you're driving. To tell us about a wrong price, dispute it in the app. For anything else, use Report a problem in Settings or email us.

What you contribute

Prices, confirmations, disputes, and product names, brands and sizes you send us are your contributions. You keep whatever rights you have in them. So that AislePrice can work, you give us a permission that:

You promise that your contributions are honest, as far as you know, and that you have the right to send them. We don't show your name next to them.

How far to rely on prices

Prices come from other shoppers and, for Fry's, from Kroger. Tags such as CONFIRMED and PROVISIONAL, how recent a price looks, and in-store checks are our best estimate, not a guarantee. A price can be wrong, out of date, or not apply to you, and a product's name, size or photo can be wrong too.

AislePrice can't make a store honor a price. What the store charges is what you pay, so check before you make a trip or a purchase that depends on a price. AislePrice isn't owned by, connected to or endorsed by the stores and brands it shows. Their names and trademarks belong to them.

Moderation

We and our managers, shoppers we appoint to review prices, may hold, approve, hide or remove prices and product details, reset display names, lower points, limit what a profile can do, or suspend or ban it. We can do this when we believe something breaks these terms or harms AislePrice or its shoppers, and we may do it without notice. We aren't required to review everything, and we don't promise to catch every wrong price. If you think we got something wrong, email us and we'll take a look.

Other people's data and software

Store locations are © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Product names, sizes and photos come from Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License, with photos under CC BY-SA. Fry's prices come from Kroger. These sources have their own terms, and we can't vouch for what they provide. The Android app also lists its open-source licenses in Settings, and those licenses apply to that software.

Our rights in AislePrice

AislePrice's apps, website, name, logo and design, and the price database as a whole, belong to us or to those who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use the apps and website for your own shopping, under these terms. We can end that permission as described below. Nothing else in these terms gives you rights in them.

If you believe something in AislePrice infringes your copyright, email us with the details and we'll look into it.

Changes and availability

AislePrice is free to use today. It covers limited areas, and it may change. We may add, change or remove features or stop offering AislePrice, and it may sometimes be unavailable. If we add anything you'd have to pay for, we'll tell you the price before you're charged.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. The sections on what you contribute, disclaimers, limits on our responsibility and disputes continue after your use ends.

Disclaimers

AislePrice is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, stated or implied, including that it's accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure or fit for a particular purpose, or that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost savings, lost profits, lost data, or the cost of a trip or purchase made because of a price shown in AislePrice. Our total responsibility for all claims relating to AislePrice is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.

Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.

Disputes

Please email us first, so we can try to sort it out. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and of the United States, without regard to rules on conflict of laws. Any court case about them or about AislePrice will be heard in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we agree to those courts' authority. If you live somewhere whose law gives you the right to bring a case at home, or gives you other protections that can't be waived, these terms don't take that away.

If you got the app from Apple's App Store

These additional points apply to the iOS app:

Other legal points

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer these terms to anyone else. We can transfer them as part of a sale or transfer of AislePrice. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about AislePrice.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using AislePrice after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree with them, stop using AislePrice and delete your account.
